- Ability to make announcements for your organization at the GBM
Proposal Requirements
- President
- Treasurer
- Faculty advisor (preferably from within UIC)
- A brief (2-5 sentences) mission statement expressing the goals, audience, etc. of your student organization
In both the fall and spring sessions, there will be one GBM in which the proposal may be presented.
Proposal Process
FOR FALL 2025 PROPOSALS
- Complete the proposal form by the due date: Monday, October 20th 11:59pm
- Give a 5 minute presentation at GBM on Monday, October 27th at 5:30pm via Zoom
- CMSC will vote and notification of approval/denial will be provided within one week.
